  • Why should I bring my team leads?

    It can be challenging to work on strategy when faced with the day-to-day responsibilities in your office. This time away is invaluable for achieving alignment wih your leaders and creating a plan for them to help carry out the vision with the team.

  • Why should my associate attend?

    Associates are often assumed leaders by the team because of their position. Taking this time to get clear with them on where you want the practive to go and expose them to ways that increase their leadership skills and will help them prepare for this assumed responsibility.

  • Will I need to prepare anything in advance?

    More details to prepare you for the content or peer-to-peer discussions will be sent to you in advance of the event.

  • When should I book my flight?

    To experience the Full Summit, we recommend flying in by early afternoon on Thursday, October 23rd so you can attend dinner with the group at Susan's house that evening. 


    If you're planning to visit Boston with us Saturday, you'll want to book your flight  out Sunday, October 26th. 


    If you're not going to Boston, we suggest flying out after 7pm on Friday, October 24th or any time on Saturday, October 25th.
