As the CEO of Dental Coaches, I am a coach for entrepreneurial minded dentists who want to create the practice of their dreams. I specialize in strategizing plans for practices who want to decrease their dependence on PPOs or the involvement with them entirely. For the past 12 years, I have developed customized plans to increase production and collections by working smarter not harder. 

Some of my earliest childhood memories are of my father boiling dentures on the kitchen stove. He especially loved lab work and even today I find things around my parent’s house that were once repaired with acrylic. 

After becoming a dental assistant at age 14, I went on to become a dental hygienist at age 20, practicing for over 19 years. And now as a dental coach for the past 12 years, I can truly appreciate how dentistry changes people’s lives.
