Hi, I'm Susan LeckowiczÂ
With over 25 years of experience in the dental industry—starting as a dental assistant in my father’s practice, working as a hygienist for two decades, and now coaching for 16 years—I understand the challenges and opportunities that come with running a successful dental practice.
As the founder of Dental Coaches, my team and I specialize in helping dentists nationwide grow their practices by developing high-performing teams and increasing patient case acceptance.Â
We focus on training teams to become patient advocates, guiding them in effectively communicating the value of dentistry, overcoming financial barriers, and converting marketing efforts into long-term patient relationships.

Practice Success Coach
Jennifer Hinsley has supported dental practices since 2008, combining her public relations background with a sharp eye for systems and tech. At Dental Coaches, she’s known for creating tools that simplify growth. Outside of coaching, you’ll find her at the baseball field, cheering on her two teenage sons.
