Your Practice Growth Is Driven or Disrupted by Miscommunication

Your team is talented. But, when communication is unclear, it affects trust, team engagement, patient follow-through, and the doctor's ability to lead with confidence.

Patients postpone treatment because no one is creating enough urgency.
The team avoids small hard conversations until they become big problems.
Miscommunication turns into tension, conflict, and people either quiet quitting or quitting entirely.

The Real Problem Isn't a Lack of Caring.

It's what happens when important conversations are avoided.

Most dental teams care deeply about their patients and want to do the right thing.

But when the doctor is worried about sounding like a money grabber, or the team holds back because they do not want to seem too pushy or upset the patient, important conversations get softened or avoided.

The same thing happens inside the practice.

  • Doctors and team members avoid hard conversations with each other.
  • Team members avoid addressing frustrations early.

And by sidestepping small conflicts, practices often end up with more tension, passive-aggressive behavior, quiet quitting, or team members leaving altogether.

Assess. Adapt. Coach.

Assess

Doctors and team members complete Forté communication surveys to identify their primary communication style, understand how they adapt in different environments, and uncover how they may be coming across to patients and to each other.

Adapt

We compare communication patterns with high-producing dentists, hygienists, assistants, and other key roles in the practice to identify where stronger communication can improve trust, urgency, team alignment, and follow-through.

Coach

Over 90 days, with the option to extend to 6 months, we coach your team on how to communicate with more clarity, create better perception, and strengthen patient and team interactions. Then we re-survey to track progress and measure how communication is improving over time.
